Return Policy

Items Ordered from Bebamart can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

To Initiate a return Simply:

1. Call us on 0721 358 359 or rather fill in the form below
2. Prepare your package and attach all it’s documentation
3. Return to the advised Collection point
4. Once the return is received we shall process it and initiate a replacement or refund through Mpesa, Voucher or Bank Transfer depending on the conditions governing the return policy of the product
